Is glad to hear that Mr. Colden will proceed with the electrical experiments, and is satisfied that there are workmen in America who can make the apparatus; if Mr. Colden is satisfied to have it made here, he will oversee the work Mr. [James] Logan is satisfied that some of the faults he formerly objected to in Colden's article on fluxions, are his own.
